Endurance Strength Challenge! This one is ALL about lasting power. Set a timer for 10 minutes and cycle through: 10 push-ups, 10 squats, 10 lunges (each leg), 10 sit-ups. See how many rounds you can complete in 10 minutes -- NO stopping. This is your AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible).💯 The goal isn't speed. It's consistency. Keep moving, keep breathing, keep fighting. Mt. Healthy, show us what endurance looks like!
