🎨🔧 Little Makers Studio & Little Engineers Camp are in full swing! 🔧🎨

Our young creators have been busy exploring, experimenting, and discovering through hands-on learning!

🚗 Little Engineers Camp challenged our little builders to think like engineers as they designed ramps, tested movement, and created their own obstacle courses. We loved watching them problem-solve, make adjustments, and celebrate their ideas!

🎨 Little Makers Studio has been all about the process—not the product! After reading “Little Blue and Little Yellow” by Leo Lionni, we explored color mixing through bubble wrap prints and discovered that blue and yellow make… GREEN! 💙💛💚

Our artists also experimented with:

✨ What a magical, whimsical day to wrap up our week of camp!✨

Our little campers stepped into a fairytale world, and our hearts are so full. We created a beautiful fairy garden, mixed up some sparkling "fairy potions," and squished, sculpted, and played with our very own homemade glitter playdough! 🧚‍♀️💫

We also learned a little history today! We talked about the origins of Fairy Bread— a classic Australian treat—and our campers got to practice their fine motor skills by buttering their own bread and adding a rainbow of sprinkles. 🍞🌈 Before we ate, we paused to say a prayer of thankfulness. We turned it into a wonderful sensory experience, too, talking about how the food smelled, felt, and tasted!
To burn off some of that magical energy, we wrapped up the day with balloon play, gross motor games, and lots of hands-on sensory exploration. 🎈🏃‍♂️

🌍🧦 Two Days of Big Growth & Wild Discoveries! 🦁✨
If your camper came home this week talking about animal camouflage or showing off how they can zip their own jacket, here’s why!

Our Wednesday and Thursday camp sessions were a beautiful mix of building independence and exploring nature.
Want to keep the conversation going at home this weekend? Try asking them:
1. "What kind of animal home did you explore in the block area?"
2. "Can you show me the cool trick you learned for grocery shopping or washing your plate?"

Our teachers had a blast watching these kids collaborate, problem-solve, and explore. Thank you for sharing your incredible children with us this week!

Our little adventurers are having the absolute best time at camp this week! Today was a perfect day of exploring, building, and bringing our favorite stories to life.
The highlights so far?

🧺 Al fresco dining:Our campers loved eating their lunch outside surrounded by nature!
🤝 New connections:Lots of smiles, sharing, and brand-new friendships being made every day.

Looking for a fun, free way to beat the mid-week slump and connect with other local families? Shiloh Preschool's free community playdates kick off this Wednesday!

Gather up your little ones and join us on the playground for mornings filled with creativity, sensory fun, and great conversation.

Fun, hands-on activities for little hands such as rock pit, sand play, imaginative play etc..

Water Play: Cool splashing activities to keep everyone refreshed!
