I believe a big thing that is very under utilized in building muscle to keep muscle confusion high and keep the body from being adaptive is to incorporate lots of TUT (Time under tension). I really like to incorporate in legs because, if I did the same 12 reps of 3 plates on each side in 20-30secs, as opposed to 50-60 secs, which do you think will get the better results ?? Incorporate some supersets along the way and its 🔥🔥 I think reverse lunges are also very under utilized as a movement as well. It's great glute and ham engagement, with a remainder of balance added in as well. If your really trying to grow those legs, I'm a firm believer after listening and watching more of , that legs need to be broken down into 2 separate days to properly exhaust each muscle in your legs because of how much energy exertion is needed on leg days.

Let's talk about condiments and toppings...
I feel it's a very easy overlooked part of someone diet. Generally most people are not going to measure out their ketchup, or ranch, and/or check to see how much nutritional value is given per serving. That can be a big problem cause those couple extra 100 cals are going to add up especially if your using whatever condiment or topping multiple times a day. It's not about cutting out your favorite flavors, but simply finding better alternatives for your "lifestyle" not "diet" . This is what I use on about 80% of my food cause I love spicy. If you check the calorie factoid on both these products, you'll be amazed by calories per serving, low sodium, sugar, and simple ingredients. Message me if you have a questions about this topic !!
