Seven years ago, Alec Bronchuk lost his life in a tragic kayaking accident on the Merrimack River. He was just 20 years old. In the midst of unimaginable loss, Alec’s family chose to honor his memory by creating The Alec Bronchuk Memorial Foundation, helping educate others about water safety and making a difference in their community.
As we remember Alec today, we ask you to help share his story and, most importantly, always wear your life jacket. It could save your life. ❤️

Today, we remember Bob and honor Phyllis on the anniversary of a day that changed their lives forever.
On June 11, 1994, Bob and Phyllis were celebrating their 19th wedding anniversary, enjoying the final day of what had been a wonderful fishing weekend together. In a matter of seconds, a preventable tragedy took Bob’s life and left Phyllis with life-altering injuries.
In the years that followed, Phyllis transformed unimaginable loss into purpose. Through her advocacy and the founding of SPIN - Stop Propeller Injuries Now she has helped countless survivors and families find support, hope, and a community that understands their journey.
Today, we remember Bob with love, and we honor the strength and resilience Phyllis has shown for more than three decades.
Boat safely this summer for them. ❤️

This past Saturday, the Ken Brindley Memorial Foundation hosted a successful Water Safety Saturday, continuing a mission born from love, courage, and legacy.
Ken Brindley lost his life after rushing into a rip current at Grayton Beach to save others in distress. His selfless actions, and his legacy as a good Samaritan, continue to inspire lifesaving work today.
Through the leadership and dedication of Melanie Brindley, her family, and the KBM Foundation, Ken’s legacy lives on through boating and water safety advocacy, swim scholarship assistance, and efforts that help protect families on and around the water.
Today, we remember Ken. We are so grateful for the Brindley family’s continued commitment to turning tragedy into education, awareness, and action.
