Last night, more than 40 incredible young women joined us at Family Church in Windermere for an engaging 3-hour Women’s Self-Defense Seminar. It was inspiring to see so much enthusiasm, focus, and a willingness to learn.

Our team of professors shared practical lessons on situational awareness, mental preparation for critical encounters, and the gift of fear---understanding how fear, when recognized and managed correctly, can become a powerful tool to help protect yourself rather than control you.

A huge thank you to Professor Juliana, Professor Bob, Coach Heidi, Professor Dave, & Jessica for investing your time, knowledge, and passion into the next generation of strong, confident women.

At Gracie Barra Clermont, we believe self-defense is about much more than techniques---it’s about building confidence, awareness, and the mindset to avoid danger whenever possible and respond effectively when necessary.
