Looking for a summer read-aloud to enjoy with your child? This week's story is a mystery. The Case of the Missing Carrot by Robin Newman. Parents, don't forget to read along and ask some questions like:

📣❤️💛 Tarkington Cheer Program Shines at NCA Camp! 💛❤️📣

This week, the Tarkington Cheer Program attended NCA Cheer Camp at Sam Houston State University, where athletes focused on developing leadership skills, building stronger teamwork, improving technical cheer abilities, and representing our community with pride. Throughout the week, cheerleaders participated in leadership training, skill development, game-day evaluations, team-building activities, and performance competitions while learning what it means to lead both on and off the sidelines.

Under the direction of coaches Jackie Owens, Amber Keith, Janet Collier, and Jordan Burton, the Tarkington Cheer Program had an outstanding week and brought home numerous honors and awards!
