Women's Small Group Strength Training begins Monday!
If you've been waiting for a sign to prioritize your health in this season of life, this is it.
Join a community of like-minded women striving to become stronger, healthier, and more confident—both inside and outside of the gym.
Whether you're a beginner, returning after years away from fitness, postpartum, or simply looking for accountability and support, there is a place for you here.

Once these spots are filled, additional openings likely won't be available unless a current member decides to leave the program—and with the strong, committed women we have in this community, that isn't looking very likely.
Go claim your place in the gym space.
And if my program isn't the right fit, I still want to encourage you to do something for your health. Join a gym. Hire a coach. Start walking. Take a fitness class. Build a home gym.
Just don't quit on yourself.
You deserve to live a long, healthy, active life.
