Capital University Trumpet Studio

Capital’s trumpet studio gave an excellent performance today at the Eastman School of Music for the International Trumpet Guild Conference, marking the halfway point of our trip! We’re learning so much, exploring new things, and making incredible memories along the way!! 💜🎺

Today, our Wind Symphony and Symphonic Winds trumpet sections had incredible performances featuring works by Ticheli, Bocook, and a premier from William Trachsel!! Incredible work, everyone!! #🎶🎺

Our orchestra trumpet section had a fantastic performance of Raven Chacon’s Voiceless Mass and Gershwin’s American in Paris! Incredible solo work and section playing last evening!! 🎶🎺
