This week, Stillman hosted the 2026 Leadership Academy for Deans and Directors (LADD) as social work deans and directors gathered to enhance their leadership voice and capabilities.

“Since its inception, over 160 deans and directors have participated in the LADD.” -National Association of Deans and Directors of Schools of Social Work (NADD)

The inspiring journey of Teresa (MSW ‘98) and Sabrina (BSSW ‘26) covers two generations, a shared professor, and the same passion to advocate for others.
