Promotions are one of our favorite days at the gym because we can formally recognize the work and improvements that happen week after week.
Not everybody’s path looks the same. Some people are juggling careers, kids, injuries, competitions, school, or all of the above.
Regardless of the path, the requirement is the same: keep showing up and keep improving.

Great fight by Vince! They gave it a draw but I'm really proud of how he performed, staying active and unpredictable. He's great at controlling the pace of the fight and always applying that unrelenting pressure. Keep up the great work Vince.
