💜 Purple Day 💜

Today, our village wore purple in support of one of our own.

One of the things we love most about this community is that it shows up, not just for workouts, but for the moms walking through life’s highs and lows. Sometimes support looks like a text, a hug, a meal… and sometimes it looks like a sea of purple at the park.

Thank you to all the mamas who joined us today. We are stronger because we have each other. 💜

💕 On Wednesdays, we wear pink. 💕

Today’s Stroller Strides crew showed up in their pink and brought all the energy for another fun day of Color Explosion Week.

One thing we love about this village? The moms are always willing to lean into the fun, whether that’s matching outfits, themed classes, or just showing up for each other week after week.

Pretty in pink and stronger together. 💪🌸

Help us wish a very happy (slightly belated 😉) birthday to our amazing Playgroup Captain, Michelle! 🎉💗

Michelle has been part of our FIT4MOM family for nearly 8 years alongside her daughters, Zoe and Luna. If you’ve met her, you know she’s the kind of person who lights up a room with her fun, outgoing personality and makes everyone feel welcome.

When she’s not planning fun activities for our littles, she’s working as a labor and delivery nurse, cheering on moms, or somehow finding time for roller derby. 🛼

More than anything, Michelle is a friend. She’s the kind of mom who shows up, checks in, and genuinely cares about the people around her. We are so grateful for all the love, energy, and joy she brings to our village.

🌈 Day 1 of Color Explosion Week was a success! 🌈

Our mamas showed up in their brightest colors, brought the energy, and kicked off the week with an awesome Strides 360 workout. 💪☀️

We love any excuse to make class a little more fun, and seeing all the colorful outfits this morning definitely delivered. The kids had a blast, the moms got stronger, and our village started the week together in the best way possible.

We loved traveling the world with you this week and seeing our kiddos collect stickers, make memories, and have fun alongside their mamas.

Tomorrow we’re kicking off 🎨 COLOR EXPLOSION WEEK 🎨 and we want to see your brightest colors at class!

After our workout, the kids can look forward to chalk play, a Father’s Day craft, and a fun science experiment. 💙🌈🧪
