During Brain Awareness Month, exercise is highlighted as a key factor in brain health. However, combining exercise with other activities proves to be even more beneficial. Participating in a Memory Walk, where family members go for a walk, choose a theme like animals or colors, and name items in the chosen category at intervals, is an excellent way to achieve this.
