Life is short, live today! Whenever I travel, I learn so much about life. Every time I saw elderly people who have problem walking and people on wheelchair, I realize that I shouldn’t wait to go to places and live life. We don’t know what tomorrow will bring but we have today, so treasure what we have especially the people we have in our life today, spread love and express gratitude. Have a blessed Sunday everyone!

Summer is here! Staying active and exercising regularly each week is especially important during the summer—when we wear lighter clothes, everything shows! 😊
This summer, I’ll be teaching a fun, high-energy Salsa course designed to help you burn calories and stay fit. The class will run on Saturdays from 3:00–4:30 pm on June 13, 20, 27, and July 11. This class is open to both ladies and guys, no dancing experience or partner needed. 💃🏻🕺
Tuition:
• Full course (4 classes): $150
• Single class: $50
