Today, our Game Design & Esports Management students put their skills on full display as they planned, organized, and hosted a successful Rocket League tournament in the Esports Lab.

From event operations and competition management to teamwork and leadership, our students demonstrated the real-world skills they’ve developed through the Esports Event Planning and Ex*****on course.

🍽️✨ Our culinary students put their teamwork, creativity, and planning skills into action!

Students worked in collaborative groups to design and present a themed buffet for a selected event. Each team developed a balanced menu, planned portions for a set number of guests, designed a functional buffet layout, and created a basic food safety and temperature control plan.

From guest flow to food safety, students explained how their buffet design supported efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction. This hands-on project gave students the opportunity to apply real-world event-planning and food-service skills in a practical, career-focused way.
