Does your garment have wrinkles? Let’s iron them out..

When you love God, you are known by God! He is the only one who knows us intimately; He knows our thoughts afar off. He knows our hearts and He knows our actions. He sees everything- what we say to ourselves and others, He hears it. How we think or our mindsets and especially how we feel about things, people and ourselves, He knows it. He is deeply in love with us. We are truly the apple of His eye. We come to Him as “we are” but He absolutely loves us too much to leave us in that same condition that we came to Him in. Therefore, He speaks to what and where we are, He speaks to our condition that is the condition of our hearts and our character and our attitudes towards life, Him, and people. He sings over us- songs of love, victory and joy and peace! Songs of deliverance! He tells us and reminds us that we are His and that He is ours. He tells us, teaches us and reminds us that He will never leave or forsake us no matter we do. He cleanses us and sanctifies us with His word and washes us in the blood of Jesus. Then He presents us to Himself as a bride is presented to her bridegroom - “without spot or wrinkle or any such thing”. God is making us holy - without spot and without blemish. Ask Him about what wrinkles in you need to cleansed and ironed out.

The world celebrates love once a year, on February 14th! The love that they celebrate is a Romantic kind of love. Those of us who are Kingdom Citizens, that is Believers in Jesus Christ; those of us who partake in His divine nature, celebrate the Love of God every single day! That Love we celebrate is unconditional, unquenchable and unfailing Love! It is the Love that died for me, before I even knew who He was..it is the Love that went to the cursed tree and died for my sins; thereby, redeeming me and everything and everyone attached to me. Now, that very same Love has taken up residence and lives, dwells and abides on the inside of me. It makes my faith active and alive! and it fills every part of my life. YOU GOT LOVE?
