Week 3 of Oak Hill Academy summer camp has begun! From social skills lessons on starting conversations and making connected comments to learning about the five senses through cooking and experiments, these young campers had a great day with Summer at Oak Hill!

Upper elementary students at Oak Hill Academy summer camp have World Cup fever! And the World Cup camp theme is being used to teach geography, math, social skills, and more!

Campers are practicing geography skills while learning where all the soccer teams are coming from around the world and working on math skills by telling time and organizing data through timed soccer warm-ups. They even played a math game where each team practiced telling place value and using the Base-10 system to be the first to get a "goal."

Plus, social skills lessons have a World Cup bent, with campers learning how to ask others to play a game, being a good sport, the three parts of play, and other play skills.

Oak Hill Academy's preschool summer language camps are off to a great start! Students are working on communication, play and social skills, along with classroom routines, while having lots of summer fun!

Summer camps at Oak Hill Academy kicked off today! Focusing on social skills, academics, service, arts, music, and sports, camp activities are designed to practice skills and enjoy new experiences.

Some of today's many activities included stories and self-expression in middle school, painting with residents of Parsons House as part of the high school service camp, music bingo, painting with salt, solar system exploration, and much more.

It's great to have our students back on campus in June!

That’s a wrap on Oak Hill Academy’s 2025-2026 school year! Kindergarten graduation and end-of-year awards were the exclamation mark on a fabulous school year of learning, growth and development.

It was a FANTASTIC Field Day on the Oak Hill Academy campus today! Elementary students enjoyed relay races, water stations, collaborative games, face painting, and much more.

The month of May is designated as National Speech-Language-Hearing Month to raise awareness about communication disorders and the role speech-language pathologists (SLPs) play in providing life-altering treatment.

For nearly 40 years, Oak Hill Academy has provided expert education and therapy to improve students’ articulation and phonological skills, receptive and expressive language, social skills, and executive functioning.

From preschool through high school, Oak Hill has 13 SLPs on staff to meet our students’ needs.
