Here is the second new faculty who recently joined our family medicine family! Introducing Dr. Dillon Cleary, MD.
About Me: I was born in Oklahoma City, OK. but grew up in Tallahassee, Fl. I Graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Biochemistry and then later completed my M.D. degree there as well. I entered the United States Air Force while completing my M.D. degree and subsequently completed my Family Medicine training at Saint Louis University followed by an OB Fellowship in the West Suburbs of Chicago. I served a total of 10 years active duty in the Air Force spending most of my time teaching as a faculty professor at Nellis AFB Family Medicine Residency Program in Las Vegas! I decided to continue my military career by currently serving in the Air Force Reserves as a flight surgeon.
Professional Interests: My medical interests include practicing obstetrics, inpatient medicine, and teaching. I am currently completing an M.Div program with the Masters Seminary at Countryside Bible Church.
Hobbies: My hobbies include reading, beekeeping, riding bikes, playing golf, watching Florida State football, and mostly spending time with my beautiful wife and four fantastic children.
Interesting Fact: My wife is Brazilian, so I enjoy speaking Portuguese and visiting Brazil - I've been about 15 times!
