Almost finished with our new 26 inch bell mandrel!! Ready for final sanding and wax! Our new standard bell flare will be 26 inches from now on. You may still order a 25 inch flare if desired. Happy Father's Day to all you dads out there!

This is our first production bell 0001 for model CS20 Sousaphone. This one goes to the Marine Band in Wahington D.C. First of four sousaphones ordered by them. We will have pictures of the complete horn very soon! This is a two piece bell section with easily detachable flare using very coarse threads. It also features a compression ring that tightens down to the sousa body with threads. No loose screws! All of the threaded gizmos are 3D printed in carbon fiber and are extremely strong.
