And with that, Dawson DECA says goodbye for now. Dawson DECA cherished it’s opportunity to represent Texas on Atlanta’s international space. The team of Hitesh Mallula, Daniel Ren, and Jerry Tong additionally finalized, achieving 6th place in the entire world for Start-Up Business Plan. They came; they saw; they conquered. As we enter the summer, we encourage everyone to go the extra in whichever manifestation that may occur in their daily lives. See you soon!

You haven’t heard the last of Dawson DECA! Out of 17 State Finalists recognized on stage during SCDC, 12 obtained the coveted DECA glass and will represent Texas at the International Career Development Conference in Atlanta this April. Stay tuned to keep up with Dawson’s flight to be the best of the best.

Dawson DECA had a blast in Dallas this year for SCDC! Through all the laughs, food, friends, and competition, Dawson Eagles formed enduring memories. Aside from the aura evoked by tremendously long ribbons, our ICDC qualifiers, state finalists, and Texas DECA president represented Dawson in front of all of Texas. Keep on soaring!

Dawson DECA absolutely dominated the District 3 Career Development Conference! While celebrating the success of so many members, both new to DECA and seasoned veterans, Dawson DECA Training Officer and 2025 ICDC Top 20 Finalist Prithvi Raman was coronated as District 3’s new president, inheriting the legacy of Dawson’s Daniel Ren. With the continued growth in DECA at a local and national scale, Dawson DECA’s success attests to the hard work and commitment of its members. Dawson DECA extends a special thanks to the countless advisors, administrators, and students who made this conference GO THE EXTRA. Stay tuned for a list of State Conference qualifiers… 👀

With District Conference steadily approaching (January 15), Dawson DECA presents some more tried and trusted tips from top performers at State and ICDC.

As you prepare to excel at District, make sure to sign and return your District Conference permission slips to Mrs. Smith by January 5. Competitors must have a parent or guardian consent to participate.
