Not to shame any other class, but the Class of 2027 just set the BAR!
Our rising seniors kicked off their journey with their very first Senior Surprise, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Students and their families enjoyed an icy treat from Kona Ice, followed by personalized shades to celebrate the fact that the Class of 2027 is officially the COOLEST.
This early celebration marks the beginning of an unforgettable senior year, and if this kickoff is any indication, the Class of 2027 is ready to shine!
If you missed the kick off meeting or want to review the information shared during the meeting, please see the CLASS OF 2027 WELCOMING SENIOR YEAR SLIDESHOW (https://btwptsa.membershiptoolkit.com/assets/05027/BTW_2027/CO27_Welcoming_Senior_Year_Slideshow.pdf) đ

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK | MAY 5-8
A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Volunteers
Faculty Appreciation Week was an incredible success, and it simply would not have been possible without the time, energy, and heart poured in by our amazing BTWHSPVA PTSA volunteers.
From coordinating breakfasts to managing the Coffee Cart, from organizing treats to helping each guild shine throughout the week, your efforts created a joyful, welcoming celebration for our faculty and staff.Â
Every setup, every delivery, every earlyâmorning arrival, every lastâminute adjustment, and every behindâtheâscenes task contributed to a week filled with gratitude and community. You helped bring to life events like Breakfast & Bravos, Drink Depot, Relax & Recharge, and Breakfast & Blessings, each one unique, thoughtful, and deeply appreciated by our faculty.Â
Your willingness to show up, pitch in, and support our teachers reflects the very best of the Booker T. spirit. Our faculty felt celebrated, valued, and uplifted because of you.
Thank you for giving your time. Thank you for giving your creativity. Thank you for giving your heart.Â
We are grateful for each and every one of you!

These scholarâartists were honored for their powerful work across multiple categories, each piece reflecting personal voice, imagination, and a deep sense of connection to community.

Congratulations to all of the scholarâartists who brought this yearâs Creations production to life. What an extraordinary achievement!
Perhaps more than any other experience at BTWHSPVA, Creations captures the purest expression of our schoolâs vision and philosophy. It is a production built not simply on talent, but on imagination, curiosity, collaboration, and the courage to create from a place of authenticity. Every moment on that stage reflected students using their skills, ideas, and unique perspectives to shape something entirely their own, while also being inspired and elevated by the distinctive artistry of their peers.
This show is, at its core, a celebration of us, our individuality, our collective creativity, and the power that emerges when original thinkers come together to make something new. Each of you contributed to a production that was bold, inventive, and unmistakably BTWHSPVA.
