Well it's all very exciting as the new plane arrives tomorrow, nice new engines and props, all new paint as well as all new inside and a upgraded panel!,, not only will we still be doing the time building deal with free hours but we are now going to offer ME courses and you get the aircraft for free for the check ride up to 90 mins....oh and do not forget to get the HP sign off at the same time and do that one approach to get the IR endorsement..................reach out and we will tell you all about it

Thank you everyone who sent me a text about the need for a MEI for the new plane that will arrive tomorrow. The insurance company has given me some numbers which are 50 hours of multi time 25 hours of giving multi instruction 15 hours PIC in a HP multi aircraft and 5 hours on type PA34-200T, now I have countered them and will have to wait 24 hours for a reply, I will post again when I know more thank you...Chris

Our fantastic PA34-200T is on the ramp waiting for you, This is as easy as we can make it for you, you will be able to fly up to 10 hours ( you should be ready by then) and should take you 2 days for a great price of just $5750 wet and if you wanted a room for 3 nights it's just $25 per night, and far better than any hotel...:)

As like the help we give the time builders with free time based on how many hours they buy, we also want to help you guys who are looking to open the ME door, and we will let you have the aircraft at no charge for your check ride, but if you need to retake it then it's going to be at the time building rate.........how does that sound?

Multi Time Builders! After our engine rebuild we are excited to announce, from today may the 4th 2026 until July 15th 2026 a very special new rate off to help break in the engine back into service.
The rate for the aircraft as you all know is $199.95 per pilot per hour wet, plus we have a "free Hours" program that will remain in place during this "back to service sale"
The new rate between the above dates will be $185.00 per hour per pilot wet, so $370.00 per hour. so most of you need/buy 20 hours so now the old cost would have been $3999.00 per pilot, but now it's going to be $3700 per pilot and do not forget that is for 20 hours, but you will fly and log 24!!, so if you do the math you can get Multi Time for the same cost as flying a Cessna 172!!
