We are the 16-time conference champion UNT Mean Green soccer team. We are proud to play with Conference USA!
Mean Green Soccer is the home to 16 conference championship titles and 7 NCAA Tournament appearances. Our home games are played on the soccer field in the Mean Green Soccer & Track and Field Complex. Tickets to these games are purchased at the front gate entrance near the concession stands, but students with a valid University of North Texas id get in free. Former USMNT players in Denton reflect on World Cup as soccer tourney comes to North Texas Longtime North Texas women's soccer coach John Hedlund and Denton Diablos coach Roy Lassiter both played for the U.S. National Team and are looking forward to the World Cup.
