Not the biggest team.
Not the flashiest marketing.

The agents who build sustainable businesses are usually the ones surrounded by the right people. People who collaborate, share ideas, support each other, and genuinely want to see others succeed.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the years is that the right environment matters. A lot. And honestly, I think that’s part of why ReAlto Partners has been attracting the people it has. Agents are craving something different. More collaboration. More authenticity. More support. Less ego. Less burnout. Less “every agent for themselves.”
Real estate can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel isolating and transactional when you’re in the wrong rooms. If you can't replace yourself in your business, you don't have a business. You have a job that pays well sometimes.
