It can be hard to get children to slow down and eat healthfully during the Summer months, but we’re here to help. With five days of balanced, on-the-go recipes your student will learn that their favorite foods can be both fun and nourishing!

(You can also save these recipes for lunch boxes in the Fall - they travel so well 😉)

This camp will build curiosity and confidence by showing students that cooking is not just following steps — it is observing transformations and understanding why food behaves the way it does! Concepts like Maillard reactions, caramelization, fermentation, and more are on the menu.

Summer doesn’t have to mean chaos and a lack of structure, and it doesn’t have to mean the learning stops. Our week-long camps are a great way to maintain routine and support past and future classroom learning 🧠
