We weren't meant to absorb THIS MUCH. Our brains do need distraction from going going going - but not by scrolling. Earth medicines can bring us back to prioritizing desires that are more simple, and more fun. Remember how great it feels to color, paint, dance, build, sing or just let go for a hot minute without any agenda or protocol? 🤸♂️
