King, Mahalia Jackson, and Gladys Knight and the Pips, all on one stage in Harlem in the summer of 1969. Questlove dug up the tapes and won an Oscar for the documentary he made out of them.

Thank you to everyone who joined us Friday night for the Cube Cinema Series screening of "Late Shift" at The Cube. The turnout was wonderful, with strong student presence and a lively post-film discussion led by Dr. Vincent Piturro, Professor of Film and Media Studies at MSU Denver. Together, attendees donated two full carts of non-perishable food to Rowdy's Corner, MSU Denver's on-campus food pantry. Thank you to The Cube for hosting us.
