This month, we partnered with StarChefs to bring together chefs, restaurant owners, producers, and culinary leaders in two of our growing target markets: Atlanta and Charleston.

Hosted by Gunshow Restaurant and Chef Cody Chassar in Atlanta, and Sorelle Charleston and Chef Nick Dugan in Charleston, these industry lunches showcased the versatility of American lamb through butchery demonstrations, creative menu applications, and meaningful conversations around sourcing, seasonality, and menu development.

A special thank you to Liberty Farms Livestock, LLC for joining us at both events. As a member of the American Lamb Board and an American lamb producer, Tucker helped connect chefs directly with the people behind the product while sharing valuable insight from the producer perspective.

These gatherings play an important role in strengthening relationships between producers and chefs while creating new opportunities for American lamb on menus across the country.
