I’m honored to be featured in the 🎉

What started as a desire to share my own story has grown into a business where I now help women entrepreneurs clarify their message, step into visibility, and use speaking as a tool for impact and growth.

I’m grateful for every client, mentor, friend, referral partner, and opportunity that has led to this moment 🙏🏻

Thank you, Denver Business Journal, for the feature.

And thank you to everyone who’s been part of the story so far. 💛

As we were driving into Manitou Springs this morning, I pointed to a huge mountain with a path running all the way from top to bottom and joked with the kids:

“Look, that’s what we’re doing today!”

Then I laughed and said, “Just kidding. It’s definitely not that one.”

Turns out… it was. 😂

Today, Benny and I climbed the Manitou Incline together.

Nearly 2,800 steps. About 2,000 feet of elevation gain in less than a mile. And with the heat even at 8am, it was a challenge that was much harder than I expected.

The last 200 steps were brutal. I started feeling lightheaded, which honestly surprised me. But at that point, there was no question in my mind whether I would finish.

I was finishing.

83 minutes later, we made it to the top.

Glo and Sammy waited for us at 1,800 steps and we went down the trail together 🩷

As I get closer to turning 40 later this year, moments like this feel especially meaningful. Not because of the mountain itself, but because of what it reminds me:

Sometimes the things that look impossible from a distance are exactly the things we’re capable of doing. And we accidentally sign up for the very thing we were joking about 🙈🙊

So proud of us. So grateful for the friends we spent the day with. And so happy we said yes to the climb. 🏔️❤️

Colorado Business Women June Meeting 🩷

10 days. 5 states. Countless miles of road and sky and red rock and pine.

And when I sat down to think about what actually stayed with me from our RV trip through the national parks - it wasn’t the views.

It was the ranger who lit up describing how the canyon formed. The family next to us at the campfire who’d been doing this trip every summer for 20 years. My kids pressing their faces against the window at something they’d never seen before. The way my husband and I talked - really talked - without anywhere else to be.

The place was just the backdrop.

The people were the whole thing.

And I kept thinking - this is exactly what I want to create in every keynote, every piece of content, every program I build.

Not an impressive destination. A real connection.

Because when you’re on a stage, your audience doesn’t remember the slides. They remember the moment they felt seen. When you share your story online, people don’t screenshot the tips. They save the post that made them feel less alone.

The national parks taught me this: the most stunning landscape in the world is just scenery until someone experiences it with their whole heart ❤️

Your message works the same way!

What trip or experience has reminded you that it’s always about the people? Tell me below ⬇️

Memorial Day Weekend at the Grand Canyon 🇺🇸🏜️🌵

So many great views but the highlights were Desert Watch Tower View and family bike rides along the rim 😍

Last week I attended an event about building retreats and high-ticket experiences as a guest of one of my clients, and honestly… it was fascinating.

Even though I haven’t decided I’m going to become a retreat host 😅 it gave me such an interesting behind-the-scenes look into the sales psychology, messaging, and positioning behind premium experiences.

There were conversations around pricing, enrollment, objections, energy, transformation, audience desire, and perceived value.

And at the end of the day, what struck me most was this:

It all came back to messaging 💌

Not the hotel.
Not the swag bag.
Not how many bonuses were included.
Not even the price itself.

It was about:
-How clearly you understand your audience.
-How deeply you understand what they actually want.
-And how effectively you communicate the value of the transformation you provide.

That’s it 🫠

Two people can offer something very similar…
and the one who can articulate the value more clearly, emotionally, and strategically will almost always create stronger demand.

All of this to say… it felt like such validation of the work I do with clients around speaking, visibility, and message refinement.

Because whether someone is:
• pitching a retreat
• giving a keynote
• leading a workshop
• selling a service
• growing a brand
• building thought leadership

…the ability to clearly communicate value changes everything.

And the more rooms I step into, the more I realize:
messaging is never “just wording.”

It’s positioning.
It’s perception.
It’s connection.
It’s strategy.

Curious if anyone else has had a moment recently where something outside your industry unexpectedly validated the work you do?
