Jennifer brought marketing expertise and event planning skill to a startup still finding its footing, helping realxreal execute a successful launch party, acquire their first mobile app users, and build genuine trust within the Denver startup community.

That kind of contribution is exactly what this program is built for — students showing up with real skills and making real impact.

Anton Cariffe pitched Traveling Ground at the Innovation Challenge in 2023, the idea was simple: give high-end bikes a second life, and put quality gear within reach of more riders.

Two years later, that idea is thriving — a second Denver location just opened, and the mission has stayed front and center. A portion of every sale goes toward donating bikes to Bicycles for Humanity, because reliable transportation shouldn't be a luxury.

This is exactly what "impact beyond profit" looks like. Congratulations, Anton. Keep rolling.

The Innovation Challenge is a business incubator at Regis University in Denver, CO, open to everyone: Regis students and faculty, and anyone around the world. Whether you've got a new idea and don't know where to start, or you're already running a business and need a push to get over the hump, we're here to help you on your entrepreneurial journey.
