Hey Munger! DPSCD Summer on the Block is back! Join us this summer for FREE family fun, including activities, reading and community resources, mindfulness activities, painting, food, and ice cream! Families can also attend the Summer on the Block Parenting Class and earn a $25 incentive. There are multiple dates and locations across the city throughout June, July, and August. Check out the attached flyer for all dates, times, and locations. We hope to see our Munger Lions there!

Congratulations to Ms. Bowen, Ms. Lilley, Ms. Williams, and Mr. Garcia on your retirement! Thank you for the many years of dedication, care, and hard work you have given to the students and families of Munger. We're ready to end the 2025-2026 school year with some fun! Students in Grades K–5 will enjoy Field Day on Tuesday, June 2, and students in Grades 6–8 will participate on Wednesday, June 3. Students may dress down for the remainder of the school year. Please apply sunscreen before school and send a water bottle with your child’s name on it. We have lots of fun outdoor activities planned! Shorts and skirts are approved. Must follow Munger dress code policy or may be required to call home for a change of clothes.

¡Estamos listos para terminar el año escolar 2025–2026 con mucha diversión! Los estudiantes de los grados K–5 disfrutarán del Día de Campo el martes 2 de junio, y los estudiantes de los grados 6–8 participarán el miércoles 3 de junio.
