Dear Bennett Families,

As another wonderful school year comes to a close, we want to thank you for your support, partnership, and trust. It has been a joy to watch our students learn, grow, laugh, and create memories together throughout the year.

To our students: we are so proud of all you have accomplished. Keep reading, exploring, playing, and making new adventures this summer. Most importantly, take time to rest, have fun, and enjoy being kids.

We wish all of our Bennett families a safe, relaxing, and happy summer break filled with sunshine, laughter, and special moments with the people you love.

Queridas familias de Bennett:

Al llegar al final de otro maravilloso año escolar, queremos agradecerles por su apoyo, colaboración y confianza. Ha sido un verdadero placer ver a nuestros estudiantes aprender, crecer, reír y crear recuerdos juntos durante todo el año.

A nuestros estudiantes: estamos muy orgullosos de todo lo que han logrado. Sigan leyendo, explorando, jugando y viviendo nuevas aventuras este verano. Y, sobre todo, tómense el tiempo para descansar, divertirse y disfrutar de ser niños.

Three stellar students also received new desks this week thanks to our parent outreach coordinator, Jessica Ramirez.

We didn’t forget about our end of the year raffle! Congratulations to Victoria who won a mini bike thanks to her perfect attendance!

As we close the chapter on another incredible school year, we are filled with pride for all that our students have accomplished. From the first day of school to the last, our Bennett Eagles have learned, grown, achieved goals, made new friends, and created memories that will last a lifetime.

Whether they are moving on to a new grade level or beginning a new adventure this fall, each student has left their mark on our school community. We can't wait to see all the amazing things they will accomplish in the years ahead.

To our students and families, thank you for a wonderful year filled with learning, laughter, and Eagle pride.

Al cerrar el capítulo de otro increíble año escolar, nos sentimos llenos de orgullo por todo lo que nuestros estudiantes han logrado. Desde el primer día de clases hasta el último, nuestros Aguilas han aprendido, crecido, alcanzado metas, hecho nuevos amigos y creado recuerdos de toda la vida.

Ya sea que avancen a un nuevo nivel académico o comiencen una nueva aventura este otoño, cada estudiante ha dejado su huella en nuestra comunidad escolar. ¡Estamos listos para ver todas las cosas maravillosas que lograrán en los años que vienen!

Con lágrimas en los ojos, hoy nos despedimos de nuestros alumnos de quinto grado.

Parece que fue apenas ayer cuando cruzaron nuestras puertas por primera vez. Algunos tomados de la mano de sus padres, otros cargando mochilas casi tan grandes como ellos mismos; todos comenzando una aventura que aún no podían imaginar.

A lo largo de los años, estos estudiantes aprendieron a leer y escribir, a resolver problemas, a hacer amigos, a superar desafíos y a descubrir quiénes son. Llenaron nuestros salones de curiosidad, nuestros pasillos de risas y nuestros corazones de innumerables recuerdos.

Los hemos visto crecer: desde aquellos niños de kínder que aprendían el abecedario hasta convertirse en jóvenes seguros y capaces, listos para su siguiente capítulo. A través de días de juegos al aire libre, celebraciones escolares, proyectos en el aula, presentaciones artísticas, victorias, desafíos y los momentos cotidianos intermedios, han creado una historia que es única y exclusivamente suya.

Mientras celebramos su promoción, no podemos evitar mirar atrás y recordar el viaje que los trajo hasta aquí. Puede que sus rostros hayan cambiado, que sus mochilas se hayan vuelto más grandes y que los años se hayan pasado volando; pero las amistades, los recuerdos y las lecciones perdurarán para siempre.

A nuestros alumnos de quinto grado: gracias por la alegría que han traído a Bennett Elementary. Estamos inmensamente orgullosos de todo lo que han logrado y aún más entusiasmados por todo lo que les depara el futuro.

A dónde los lleve la vida, una parte de Bennett siempre estará con ustedes.

With tears in our eyes, we said goodbye to our fifth graders today.

It feels like just yesterday they walked through our doors for the very first time. Some holding a parent's hand, some carrying backpacks almost as big as they were, all beginning an adventure they couldn't yet imagine

Over the years, these students learned to read and write, solve problems, make friends, overcome challenges, and discover who they are. They filled our classrooms with curiosity, our hallways with laughter, and our hearts with countless memories.

We've watched them grow from kindergarteners learning their ABCs into confident, capable young people ready for their next chapter. Through field days, school celebrations, classroom projects, performances, victories, challenges, and everyday moments in between, they have created a story that is uniquely theirs.

As we celebrate their promotion, we can't help but look back at the journey that brought them here. The faces may have changed, the backpacks may have gotten bigger, and the years may have flown by, but the friendships, memories, and lessons will remain forever.

To our fifth graders: thank you for the joy you've brought to Bennett Elementary. We are so proud of all you have accomplished and even more excited for all that lies ahead.

No matter where life takes you, a part of Bennett will always be with you.
