Recently, the UMCI Detroit hosted the Detroit Leadership Lab, a three-week leadership experience designed to help participants build practical skills for real-world application.

Over three Saturdays, participants strengthened their communication and emotional intelligence, explored new approaches to leadership, and learned to navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

Thank you to our participants, faculty, and partners for making this new Leadership Lab format a success. We look forward to seeing how these leaders apply what they’ve learned in their workplaces, businesses, and communities.
