From classroom achievements and special events to field trips, performances, and everyday moments of kindness, this year was filled with reasons to be proud.

Our students showed perseverance, curiosity, and heart. Our staff went above and beyond to inspire and support every child. Our families partnered with us to help make our school community stronger than ever.

As we look back on the laughter, friendships, accomplishments, and milestones that made this year special, we want to thank everyone who helped make Western Hills such an amazing place to learn and grow.

Kindergarten Graduation 2026. 🎓 👨‍🎓 👩‍🎓

At Western Hills Elementary we deliver the smarts and the fun. Some call her an ace up our sleeve, some call her our hidden talent. We call her Mrs.Julie Gonzalez, our Renaissance Woman. Congratulations to our 5th Grade Musicians for winning a 1st Division, Superior Rating. Beginning Music played coded instruments along with our Roadrunner Choir and Harmony Pals.

What a great celebration we had for our 5th Grade graduates. We wish them a successful middle school experience. They will be missed.

Western Hills Elementary was honored to welcome our parade of graduates from Coronado High School with Popsicles and cheers. Good luck T-Birds. 🎓

Here are some summer reading opportunities for our students. Did you know: students can lose up to 3 month of reading skills if they don't practice in the summer. Let's keep the brain rot at bay! Turn in the bingo sheet for a prize at the beginning of next school year! There are also exciting opportunities from the public El Paso Public Library, Pizza Hut, and Barnes and Noble. (Students recieved these sheets at school as well). Completed Bingo sheets can be returned to our school librarian when classes resume in August. 🙂
