One of our Nation's best kept secrets is the National Border Patrol Museum & Giftshop, located in El Paso, Texas. RV's and buses are welcome.
Due to our 501(c)(3) t status, we ask that discussions stay focused on our mission. Political & discriminatory comments will be removed. Here you can journey through the history of the U.S. Border Patrol from the beginning in the Old West, through Prohibition, World War II, into the high-tech Patrol of today. A great photo is more than a helicopter. It's the people behind it.
As we begin reviewing submissions for the 2027 Member Calendar, we're looking for high quality images that help tell the story of the Border Patrol.
Submit images to [email protected] by July 1, 2026.
All submissions will be reviewed, though not all will be selected for the calendar.

This photograph, taken by Ron Strain in Deming, New Mexico, in 2018, is the kind of image we love seeing in our archives. Whether they're recent or decades old, photographs like these help preserve the history of the Border Patrol and the people who served in it.
Do you have photos like this in your collection?
We're putting together our 2027 Member Calendar and want your photos of Border Patrol life, past and present.
Send high-resolution images to [email protected] by July 1, 2026. All photos will be reviewed, but space is limited and not every image can be included.

Today marks the 102nd anniversary of the U.S. Border Patrol, representing more than a century of service.
As we continue preserving this history, the National Border Patrol Museum is introducing our Corporate Sponsorship Program, with Staffing joining us as our inaugural sponsor.
For nearly thirty years, LUKE has provided healthcare staffing for the U.S. Government, supporting service members, veterans, first responders, and their families.
This partnership directly helps the Museum preserve the stories of the people who have served. We are grateful to LUKE for standing with us to keep this legacy alive.
For 102 years, the U.S. Border Patrol has continued to evolve with the changing mission and the generations who carried it forward.

This week, we're recognizing the EMS professionals who show up in the hardest moments, often in places most people will never see.
Border Patrol agents and specialized teams provide emergency medical care during rescues and disaster operations across remote terrain where help may be hours away. It’s work that requires both skill and a deep commitment to saving lives.
To everyone in emergency medical services, thank you.
