We are FRC Team 3255, the SuperNURDs, a FIRST Robotics Competition Team at San Pasqual High School. The SuperNURDs are a part of a program known as FRC.

FRC is a varsity sport of the mind focusing on STEM education. Thank you to Team Wildfire 8151, Antioch Rising 10947, and DESTAN 9591 for joining the NURD Network! It was wonderful hearing your teams’ stories, learning about your experiences, and sharing ideas together.

We enjoyed being able to provide insight on ways to strengthen team operations, improve sustainability, and build a more progressive and successful program for the future. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are what make the robotics community so special.

First power up of our 2026 CopyBot! This robot is an identical copy of our 2026 in season robot made with spare parts we brought to the world championship. This robot was constructed by younger team members being trained by graduating seniors to ensure proper knowledge transfer. Both will be competing soon at offseason events!

The SuperNURDs had amazing time meeting with FRC Team 8266 Owlbot Peñoles, from Coahuila Mexico. The meeting was hosted in Spanish, and we had our students translate. We did a strategy workshop and taught our approach to remaining competitive within FRC competitions. It was great meeting them and we hope to continue to meet more teams in the future.

Testing out our robot’s trench hardstops! These hardstops flipped up when shooting and would align the shooter to the hub while being up against the trench. They helped a lot when encountering defense!
