Fayette Christian Schools Alumni and Teachers Fayetteville, Ga. Fayette Baptist Tabernacle began on May 24, 1972 under the pastorate of H. Douglas Banks.
In 1974, upon the recommendation of the deacon board, Fayette Christian School began as an educational ministry of Fayette Baptist Tabernacle, now identified as Fayette Baptist Church, to meet the need for a Christian day school in the community. Sorry for the late post, but Fred Corley a former coach of many passed away on May 16, 2024. He had ALS and had gotten sick with pneumonia. Please pray for his family. His wife worked at Fayette Christian School and children Philip and Andrea were students there.
