Last week APE took a stand and protested the Atlanta Public Schools superintendent — not because we like conflict, but because in APE’s view he is not protecting teachers’ rights. When educators’ job security, working conditions, and ability to bargain in good faith are ignored, our classrooms and students suffer.

Teachers deserve respect, fair contracts, and a real voice in decisions that affect their work. We protested to demand accountability and to remind APS leadership that supporting teachers is supporting our children’s future.

If you agree, please share this post, attend the next school board meeting, listen to educators. Stand with teachers.

APE protests Superintendent Dr. Mary Elizabeth Davis of the Cherokee County School District for not supporting a great teacher who the community loves. APE is the only teachers’ association that truly fights for the rights of teachers. Unlike G*E and PAGE, APE represents only teachers, not administrators. The choice is clear: APE MAFIA! 770-347-8797
