Federal Programs is grateful for an incredible school year alongside our schools, students, and district partners. As we head into summer, take time to rest, recharge, and have fun while continuing to build brighter futures. Here’s to moving forward 𝓣𝓱𝓻𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱 𝓪 𝓝𝓮𝔀 𝓛𝓮𝓷𝓼: 𝓢𝓱𝓪𝓻𝓹𝓮𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓥𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓒𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓫𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓟𝓻𝓸𝓰𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓼.

Dads, father figures, and families came together for “Dad’s Challenge: Building Bonds, One Game at a Time!” at Apollo Middle School, filling the morning with laughter, teamwork, and quality time.

From relay races to friendly challenges, every station was filled with high-fives, laughter, and quality time that reminded us how powerful it is when dads are present and engaged. Huge thank you to our Federal Programs team and every family who joined us to build stronger bonds—one game, one smile, and one moment at a time.

Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day at Federal Programs was a success!

We kicked off with a mental and team‑building puzzle activity, joined our morning team meeting, and met with our Director as students and the Director shared encouraging words with the staff over the intercom. Our young guests then turned into reporters—interviewing team members about what they love most about their jobs, the impact of Federal Programs, and why serving our Broward County community matters.

The big takeaway was clear: we [Federal Programs] love our teammates and the Broward County community we serve.

At Federal Programs, every time the beat drop, our administrative and technical support is ON IT. 🎶

Today, the Federal Programs team tuned into 𝑔𝑟𝑜𝑤𝑡ℎ, 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒, and laughter on Wellness Wednesday session with Neuro Music Therapy. From classics like “Lean on Me” and “One Love” to a special number, ... I would like to be your friend...", from the Federal Programs Tabernacle Choir, the room was full of rhythm, joy, and connection. 💛

Even if the harmony was a little off, the unity was spot on! 🤣🎤
