Your Tuesday night wind-down just got even better ✨
Beginning tonight, our Tuesday 7:30 PM Candlelight Yin class with Natalie is evolving into Candlelight Yin + Yoga Nidra.
You’ll begin with 45 minutes of yin yoga - a slow, grounding practice where poses are held for longer periods to gently target the deeper layers of connective tissue, improve mobility, and invite the body to soften.
Then, settle into 15 minutes of yoga nidra, often called “yogic sleep” - a guided meditation designed to bring deep rest to the body while calming the nervous system and quieting the mind.
Think of it as the exhale your week has been asking for.

What an incredible milestone and a true reflection of years of dedication, consistency, and commitment to her practice.
Elaine, thank you for showing up again and again, for being such a meaningful part of this community, and for bringing your warmth and presence into the studio.
We are so grateful for you and honored to have been part of your journey over these 1,000 classes.
Welcome to the 1K Club! You’ll always be our first 🤍
Help us celebrate Elaine in the comments 🎉

Today felt like such a beautiful reminder of what community really means 🤍
Carol took the very first class we had at Las Olas Yoga on 1.08.22 and has been part of this community ever since. Today was her last class before moving to Nashville.
At the same time, Amanda, who taught here beginning day 1 and has since moved away with her beautiful family, happened to be in town and joined class today too.
It felt full circle.
One of the most beautiful things about this community is knowing that even when life takes us in different directions, the connection doesn’t disappear.
People move. Chapters change. But the friendships, memories, support, and shared moments stay with us.
And somehow, the Las Olas Yoga community just keeps growing - reaching beyond our four walls and spreading a little farther out into the world.
Once part of this community, always part of it 🤍. We love you Carol and Amanda. Thank you for this beautiful reminder.

There’s no shortage of ways to move your body these days.
Pilates. Strength training. Sculpt. HIIT. Hybrid workouts that blend a little of everything.
Movement of any kind can be wonderful. But yoga offers something different.
At its heart, yoga was never meant to be just physical exercise. Yes, we move the body. Yes, we build strength and mobility. But yoga also asks us to slow down enough to notice ourselves.
To breathe.
To pay attention.
To sit with discomfort instead of immediately escaping it.
To become aware of the patterns we carry, on and off the mat.
This is what makes yoga feel different.
It’s not just movement. It’s inner work.
And over time, something begins to shift. What you practice on the mat starts to ripple outward into everyday life. Patience. Awareness. Resilience. The ability to pause before reacting.
This is the heart of the practice.
At Las Olas Yoga, we believe yoga can strengthen the body while also creating space for something deeper: connection, integration, and coming back to yourself.
Sometimes what we need most isn’t just another workout.
It’s a practice that helps us feel more like ourselves again.
