As we prepare to welcome the 2026 Hospitality Business Academy class this Sunday, we’re looking back at one of our favorite experiences from last year’s program: hands on learning in FGCU’s Culinary Lab with Chef James Fraser! ✨

This year’s academy will bring together 25 high school students from across Southwest Florida and the surrounding southern region to explore the exciting world of hospitality, tourism, events, culinary arts, and resort management. Through tours, industry experiences, and interactive activities, students will discover the many career paths available in one of the world’s largest industries.

We can’t wait to meet our newest future hospitality leaders and kick off another incredible week of learning, networking, and fun!
