To strengthen our commitment to early childhood education, we will be offering trauma-informed care training for child care program directors throughout Southwest Florida. 🌟

The multi-session, instructor-led course will take place on various dates from April 18 - June 13. This course provides 40 hours of professional development, including classroom instruction, observation and independent assignments. πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 59 Years of Impact! πŸŽ‰

For nearly six decades, Child Care of Southwest Florida has been a trusted leader in early childhood education β€” supporting children, families, and the workforce that powers our region. As we reflect on the 2024–2025 fiscal year, we’re proud to celebrate what we’ve accomplished together:

✨ Served 500+ children across 10 centers, including five in partnership with the School District of Lee County
✨ Welcomed nearly 30 new dedicated and compassionate team members
✨ Reached 28,647 participants through DCF-funded training programs
✨ Provided more than 5.6 million nutritious meals through the Child Care Food Program
✨ Awarded $175,792 in scholarships which supported 196 students and 17,269 days of care

None of this would be possible without our incredible staff, Board of Directors, partners, and supporters who believe in our mission and the families we serve. As we look ahead, we do so with gratitude, optimism, and a shared commitment to building a brighter future β€” one child at a time. πŸ’™
