Many of you know I've been studying and helping others interpret their dreams since 2005 when I attended Hypnotherapy Training Institute. There I learned an easy process to interpret your own dreams, and I can teach you. I do not interpret your dreams, I teach you how to do it yourself. The benefits to your life will be remarkable. :)

The moment a dream stops being a dream…

Most people think dreams are something to figure out.

Symbols. Meanings. Explanations.

But there’s a moment — and I’ve watched it happen over and over again —
when a dream stops being something you’re thinking about…

…and becomes something you’re inside of.

I’ll ask someone to say,
“I am the door.”
Or,
“I am the ocean.”

At first, it feels a little strange.

Then something shifts.

Their voice softens.
Their body settles.
And suddenly, they’re not talking about the dream anymore.

They’re experiencing it.

That’s what I call the Insight State.

It isn’t forced.
It isn’t analytical.
It just… arrives.

And when it does, the answer isn’t something you figure out.

It’s something you recognize.

Most people don’t need more dream interpretations.

They need to be shown how to step inside their own dreams.
