We are overwhelmed with the thoughtfulness and outpouring of donations we have received from our partners at and who have helped us restock our food pantry on Lee Campus. We will be sharing this bounty with the other campuses as well. If you know a student who is in need of food assistance have them stop by the filling locations on each campus.

If we could recommend 1 app to download to help you focus more, relax when itโs time to sleep, and help you work on managing stress then is probably the best place to start! Best of all, itโs free and has over 20 million users. They have many functions but meditation, mindfulness, and yoga ๐งโโ๏ธ ๐ง are the most used.

New Groups Coming to this fall. FSW Bucs CARES are happy to bring to you via Zoom and one in-person group therapy for all currently enrolled FSW students.
1. Finding Balance in Life โ (ZOOM) specifically designed for Adult Learners group. Focused on helping them find balance home life, school, life, work life, and their social life while at FSW and beyond. This groups will be focused on managing stress, relaxation techniques, and resources for students.
2. Understanding Your Mental Health โ (ZOOM and IN-Person) specifically for traditional FSW students adjusting or readjusting to life while attending school. These groups (2 of them) will be focused on self-advocacy, accessing assistance on and off campus, resources, managing stress, and communication styles. These are offered through Zoom and in-person on Lee Campus โ Q-128.
