Students played on the campus tennis courts during the 1996 Spring Fling, a springtime celebration featuring food and activities for students.

This slightly eerie photo shows the library when it was undergoing a carpet replacement in 1992. During this time period the floors had rows of shelving, containing thousands of book, which had to be moved for the renovation.

June is traditionally the month for weddings and this 1941 photo shows the celebration of Jack McClendon and Genevieve Majors nuptials. Genevieve’s father, J.A. Majors founded the Majors Company which sold medical books, journal subscriptions, and other medical items across the US. Major’s 2 sons and McClendon helped run the company. In the 1970s Major’s grandsons also joined the family business.

Roy Fisher, DO was one of founders of the Fort Worth Osteopathic Hospital, later the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas. His collection contains photos from his time studying at Kirksville College of Osteopathy and Surgery, such as this one from 1930.
