The future of Eaton Wrestling is putting in the work. 🤼‍♂️

VR Eaton High School hosted its 2026 Elementary Wrestling Summer Camp last week, giving young athletes the opportunity to learn new skills and have fun on the mat.

A special thanks to the Eaton student-athletes and coaches who dedicated their time to mentor the next generation of Eagles on the mat.

Concert planning combined with some test prep! The Young Scholars & Innovators Academy is for invited middle school students and combines PSAT/SAT practice with a STEAM project. 🎸🧑‍🎓📚

Students focus on college readiness and PSAT/SAT skills in two of their three rotations each day, then in the third, they engage in a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) project.

For this year's project, students created a concert to benefit a charity! From picking an artist and a charity, to advertisement and stage design, the full production was up to the students and their creativity.

Northwest ISD is gearing up for its annual Back-to-School Fair, helping provide essential school supplies to students in need! 🎒✏️🍎

You can make a difference by donating a new backpack. Donations may be dropped off at the Northwest ISD Administration Building, 2001 Texan Drive, Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through July 23. (Please note that district offices will be closed on June 18 in observance of the federal holiday.)

Great performance yesterday from Northwest High School alumnus Dustin May! Pitching for the St. Louis Cardinals, Dustin took a perfect game into the seventh inning and finished with a one-hit, complete-game shutout.

VR Eaton High School football athletes are kicking off the first week of Performance Course, building strength, speed and discipline one rep at a time. 💪🏈

Through this high-intensity training program, athletes are putting in the work today to prepare for a successful football season that is ahead.
