"𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆," Assistant Principal Stacey Leonard said. "She truly embodies the heart of our campus." ❤️

And that exceptional customer service does not go unnoticed, said Valerie Walker, former Jackie Carden principal.

"Parents consistently share how her warm smile makes them feel welcome the moment they walk in," Walker said. "𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 — 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀, ensuring everyone feels heard, seen and supported. One parent even shared that despite a language barrier, they could feel through her kindness and warmth that she was doing everything she could to help."

Osborne said she loves greeting her Jackie Carden family with a warm smile.

"I believe that every family who walks through our doors deserves to feel welcomed, heard and supported," said Osborne, who has worked at Jackie Carden for about a year. "Being able to assist, guide and serve our community brings me a sense of purpose and pride. I enjoy building strong relationships and creating a warm, positive environment where families feel comfortable and confident."
