After teaching my gentle yoga class this morning at The LINK in Richland Hills, I stuck around for some strength training and movement of my own. π
I teach Gentle Yoga every Tuesday & Thursday from 10:30β11:30 a.m. at The LINK (L.I.N.K.) Richland Hills Event & Recreation Center, and one of my favorite things is getting my own workout in after class. Strong body, calm mind, resilient spirit. πΏ
Enjoy this time-lapse of todayβs post-class workout! Unfortunately, I had to cut it a little short because the camp kids needed my gym space back, and then it was time to go pick up Gage from work. π
