As the 2022 year comes to a close, reflect on this year and what did and did not go well. What are you willing to leave in 2022 and what are you going to take into 2023?
I know for me, I plan to leave my belief that if I am in control, then everything will work out the way I want it to. After experiencing a loss, I realized that there are things in life that you cannot prepare yourself for— grief being one of them. As such, I am planning to set intentions around changing my belief system to be more open and willing to receive the messages and experiences that God and the universe has for me.
On the bright side, I plan to take my ambitious spirit and my go-getter attitude into 2023. After processing and healing through grief, I’ve learned that I am stronger than what I thought or could imagine. I also realized that sometimes, you have to find healthy avenues to channel your energy when times feel low (and believe me, I felt extremely low). Because of this, I will take my newfound creativity, strength, perseverance, and endurance into the new year!
What will you leave in 2022 and take into 2023? What are some limiting thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you? What are some healthy thoughts and behaviors that you want to continue? Comment below and let us know!
