๐Calling all 8th-12th graders in the Gainesville area! Join us for the 4th Annual Greater Gainesville Youth Energy Academy on July 14 at GRU! Enjoy a day packed with hands-on STEM experiences and immersive workshops focused on the electric utility industry.
Attendees will participate in:
- Renewable energy demonstrations
- A โDay as a Line Techโ workshop
- Discussions with industry experts
- Games, prizes and more!
Early registrants (by 6/30) are entered to win a $50 gift card. Lunch and snacks are provided.
This free event brings together GRU, Duke Energy and the Florida Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy to empower the next generation of leaders in energy.
