We’re here to share a different perspective: investing in physical well-being doesn’t have to be daunting or time-consuming. In our talk, we’ll share personal experiences and simple strategies that we’ve integrated into our routines to maintain both physical and mental health. By prioritizing these small steps, we’ve seen positive impacts on our academic performance and overall quality of life—and we believe you can too!"
